Check-in is between 3 and 5 pm. We are a family-run business and do not have full-time desk staff. We may be able to accommodate early or late check-in with prior arrangement. Check-out is 11 am.
Sunflower Farm is not appropriate for people under 12 years of age. Children between the ages of 12-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Our dog and cat live here with us but they are not allowed into the B&B area. For this reason, we are unable to host your pet.
Reservations require an advance deposit of 50% of the entire stay. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
Payment may be made by cash, e-transfer or electronic funds transfer.
Smoking, candles and any other items requiring an open flame are not permitted as they are a serious fire hazard. We will charge your credit card a $250 cleaning fee and ask you to find alternate lodging if we determine that this policy has not been followed. There will be no refund for early termination of the stay.
Breakfast is not included in long term stays.
Pool use must be arranged with hosts.

We understand that life is unpredictable. At the same time, as a small B&B, cancellations affect us greatly. When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days for which you reserve it. If you cancel your reservation fewer than 14 days in advance of your arrival date for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited. For all cancellations there is a $35.00 processing fee. Early departures are not refunded.

Any Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us is kept in secure files. Access to these files is limited to only authorized individuals within this company who have the need to know. We continuously make all reasonable efforts to protect your information from theft, misuse and alteration.
We do not disclose your personal data to any other organizations unless required to do so in compliance with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.

As we do not run advertising on our website from third parties, you will not receive a cookie from any third party advertisers by visiting our site.
We have a strong policy against unsolicited e-mail advertising, also known as ‘spam’. Rest assured that our consumer e-mail list is kept on a secure database, and is never shared with any other group or organization. If you subscribe to our mailing list, you will only receive messages from our company by subscribing to that list.
We give our cliets the choice to opt out of our e-mail program. If you chose to unsubscribe from our list, we will see to it that you do not receive any more messages from us. We will respond respectfully and immediately to all requests sent to email@example.com to remove an e-mail address from our list.
